History and Origin: The company was founded in 1984 as a result of a merger between two industrial giants (Al-Shaheed Facility and Al-Ikhaa Facility), forming today the largest integrated industrial complex in Iraq with an area of 24 km² that includes residential complexes and advanced laboratories.
